Language Associates provides interpreters to assist those taking the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology certification examinations who are not fluent in English. We provide Interpreters for Vietnamese, Spanish, Cambodian, and Farsi. For other inquiries, please call.

Procedure

In order to set up an interpreter for your test, you will need to fill out a Form A and pay the interpreter fee in advance. This can be done by coming by our office or by mailing a completed form A with check or money order to our postal address.  Once payment is received, we will provide you with a form B, and you must take both forms to the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology.  If you prefer, you can include your exam application and registration fee in your envelope (money order of $15 addressed to the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology), as well as a second envelope inside the first with postage paid and we will forward all your paperwork to the State Board of Cosmetology.  The form A can be obtained by calling our office or the State Board of Cosmetology, or for your convenience it can be downloaded from our website.
